The blog where I saw this picture is all in Dutch, so Ik hep no idea who it is, or what, it *might* be Lil Wayne. I don't like his music, but this picture amply demonstrates why Hip-Hop is the genre of the future.

Mir, my love this is NOT hip hop!! It looks like an urban vampire though..maybe he raps?
Yeah no I think it's Lil Wayne for real. I am not sure if it is, or is not, Hip-Hop but it's definitely totally fucked up.
