Deeply Geeky Recap
Laura Scott wrote an excellent summary of the day 2 session I was incredibly lucky to participate in.
Geeks speak, and everything changes, if only a little bit.
I also thought the panel was one of the most enjoyable and not to sound to trite, totally rejuvenating experiences of my summer.
My hat goes off to the memorable woman who said; "I know how to play hardball with the geeks, I have a darwin fish tie and I wear it - But it's not the whole picture of who I am!".
You tell those D&D playing slashdotting nerdbags my fervent CS friend.
I sound glib but the whole experience was as close as I have ever come to seeing genuine community form along an axis of which I am proud to feel myself a member.
Project leader with a focus on youth and technology. Excellence in creative direction, content production, client service, and collaboration. Background in web development and interactive media.

Oh yeah, and in my spare-time, I am an aspiring stand-up comedian.
