Valentine's day is for pussies

For a number of reasons:

1/ Valentine's day takes perfectly good colours - pink and red, and makes them represent retarded sissy concepts like "romantic love" and "devotion".

2/ Because love is a strong emotion, not for the weak of heart, but you would never guess that from looking at Valentine's day cards.

3/ For this quote from the movie Closer - but basically for that movie in it's entirety:

Dan: You think love is simple. You think the heart is like a diagram.

Larry: Have you ever seen a human heart? It looks like a fist, wrapped in blood! Go fuck yourself! You writer! You liar!

Valentine's day is a holiday made up by troubadours, poets and chocolate manufacturers, I spit in your face Valentine's Day!

We're going to drink and play boardgames and talk about all our worst date experiences, it will be fun ;)
